By registering an account on deviantwar.com, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this document. If you do not agree to the terms of this document, do not register or log in to DeviantWar.

DeviantWar may not be held responsible for any disruption of service, loss of data, game play malfunction, or other events or conditions that are undesirable to the user, under any circumstances. DeviantWar makes no guarantees of the quality or consistency of service and is under no obligation to deliver such service.

All accounts, including their units, game-money, weapons, etc. are virtual objects of the game. The user does not obtain ownership or any other rights to the account. All rights are reserved by the carrier. No rights, in particular exploitative rights, are assigned to the user.

By donating money to DeviantWar you agree that it is in the first place to help DeviantWar keeping the servers online and that the given Donation Points are only a small benefit. The user does not obtain ownership or any other rights to the Donation Points and DeviantWar may not be held responsible for the loss of Donation Points or the bought virtual objects with these Donation points.

DeviantWar reserves the right to ban, suspend, delete, or modify accounts at any time for any or no reason.

(I) Rights

Every user has the following rights:
You may play DeviantWar for free.
You may play DeviantWar for fun.
You may tell anyone about DeviantWar.
You may play DeviantWar on any computer to which you have access.
You may post links or refer to DeviantWar on other internet sites or via other media of your own choosing.

(II) Responsibilities

You may not:
1. Register more than one active account per person.
2. Exploit any bugs in the game code or the structure of the game for the furtherment of your DeviantWar account.
3. Hack or attempt to hack or otherwise interfere with the server(s) on which DeviantWar is running.
4. Use any tools, bots, spiders or similar software based devices which automatically or semi-automatically engage in the DeviantWar gameplay.
5. Engage in discriminate of any kind against other players or personnel of DeviantWar or engage in threatening behaviour outside of what would be deemed acceptable game play.


The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to ensure that all players of DeviantWar experience it as an exciting, interesting and pleasant game, on a permanent basis.

The DeviantWar staff reserves the right to modify or extend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
